COMPANY CARD

The Mémora Foundation is an entity committed to the accompaniment and care of people at the end of their lives, as well as to the support of their families and the professionals who assist them. Its main objective is to prevent any individual from facing death in a situation of unwanted loneliness.

Its areas of action include social action, providing bereavement support to both families and professionals involved in end-of-life care. It also works to raise awareness, promoting active and healthy ageing, encouraging reflection on death as an integral part of life. In addition, it promotes research with studies and social innovations that improve care and assistance in terminal situations, and develops training programmes to train professionals and family members in end-of-life care.

The Mémora Foundation leads initiatives such as ‘Cities that Care’, which seek to involve society in the accompaniment during the end of life. It also organises activities such as the ‘Aulas Mémora’, aimed at disseminating healthy habits and facilitating reflection on death.
